Background:
Recommended for the Board's approval at this meeting is purchase of interactive touch flat panels and stands.

The report on emergency purchases due to COVID-19, change orders in excess of $50,000 and contract modifications; report on contracts under $50,000 and cumulative total report and report on monthly grants are attached. These are informational reports, and no action is required.

The listing of donations offered to schools and departments is also attached.
