:
Recommended for the Board's approval are individuals to be promoted, reassigned or appointed to the classifications indicated and limited-term employment contracts.
Fiscal Impact Statement
:
Authorized expenditures already approved in the FY17 budget.
Implementation and Assessment Plan
:
Upon approval by the Board, the appointments and LTE contracts will be implemented.
Recommendation
The Superintendent recommends that the Board:
1. authorize the individuals to be promoted to the classifications indicated in the attachment to this item, to be effective upon approval by the Board; and
2. approve the reassignments of the individuals to the classifications indicated in the attachment to this item, to be effective upon approval by the board;
3. review and approve the LTE contracts exceeding sixty days, pursuant to Administrative Policy 6.23(4)(b)as listed in the attachment to this item.
