Background:
|
The Administration and the Psychologists Association in Milwaukee Public Schools (PAMPS), through the meet-and-confer process, have agreed to the attached revised salary step schedules for the school psychologists' bargaining unit's members. The Administration has developed a salary-increment amount of $1300 for those exempt from the Administrators' and Supervisors' Council (ASC) in pay grades 00-07. They will not be on a salary step schedule. |

Fiscal Impact Statement:
|
The total cost for Phase Two is not to exceed six million dollars. Funding for year-one implementation of the phase-two salary step schedules was provided in the fall adjustments to the fiscal year 2019–20 budget which the Board approved at its special meeting on October 29, 2019. |

Implementation and Assessment Plan: |
Upon Board approval, the Administration will implement the salary step schedule and the step increments with an implementation goal date in January of 2020. |

Recommendation
|
The Administration recommends the Board approve the revised salary step schedule and the step increments. |
