Background:
|
At the December 21, 2017 Board meeting, the Board adopted Resolution 1718R-003 by Directors Falk and Harris directing: - the Administration and the Office of Accountability and Efficiency to develop a comprehensive plan to conduct an inventory of district property of artistic, historic, or monetary value; and - the Office of Board Governance, in conjunction with the Administration and the Office of Accountability and Efficiency, develop policies and procedures governing the inventory, retention, archiving, loaning, donation, and sale of district property. The action also directed that a report be brought back to the Board in March 2018. The attached report discusses the framework around which the comprehensive plan is being developed and provides scope, analysis of risk, and long-term implications of this work.
