Background:
|
The Superintendent is requesting approval of the reorganization of two offices to realize greater efficiency and effectiveness of programs and services impacting students: The Office of Academics and the Office of Communications and School Performance.
The overall district organization chart remains the same (attachment 1). The proposed changes to the Office of Academics and the Office of Communications and School Performance are detailed in attachment two and attachment three.

Fiscal Impact Statement:
|
The proposed revisions to the Office of Academics and the Office of Communications and School Performance organizational charts will be reflected in the fall budget adjustments.

Implementation and Assessment Plan
:
|
Upon approval by the Board, the proposed organizational changes within the Office of Academics and the Office of Communications and School Performance will be made.

Recommendation:
|
The Administration recommends that the Board approve the proposed changes to the Office of Academics and the Office of Communications and School Performance organizational structure as detailed in the attachments to this item.
