Background: The Contract Compliance Services annual report is designed to provide transparency into its assignments on Milwaukee Public Schools district bids, exceptions to bid and requests for proposals in accordance with Administrative Policies 3.09 Purchasing and Bidding Requirements, 3.10 Historically Underutilized Business Program and 3.13 Communities in Need Initiative.
